Job Description

Role Overview: As the Mortgage Specialist at DBS Consumer Banking Group, your primary responsibility will be to drive the Mortgage business in your assigned territory. You will be accountable for achieving Mortgage volumes and ensuring proper documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the P&L Account, meeting the top line and bottom line targets of the Mortgage business as per organizational requirements - Develop and implement sales budget, COA, customer retention strategies, recruitment, and product training - Oversee Portfolio monitoring, Project Approval, Legal, Technical, PDD, Referral Billing, vendor management, and sales Manager Incentives - Acquire customers for PLAP from various sources such as open market, Branch network, Channel partner, and Builder relationships - Establish new relationships with the builder community based on projects and expansion plans - Create and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue streams with a mix of products - Ensure portfolio management, PDD management, collection, customer service, and vendor management - Guide customers in applying for PLAP, explaining product features clearly and assisting with documentation - Ensure compliance with KYC documents and timely completion of files as per company guidelines - Manage disbursement documentation closure within the specified timeline - Attend to customer calls, address their requests, ensure high customer satisfaction, and communicate reasons for rejection if applicable Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in Mortgage sales with the ability to meet loan volume budgets - Understanding of the mortgage business, market, competition, and key market practices - Thorough product knowledge and relevant assets experience in the local market - Core competencies including excellent listening skills, ability to influence, self-drive, good communication skills, result orientation, relationship building, customer orientation, creativity, attention to detail, and being a self-starter - Technical competencies encompassing sound understanding of Mortgages business and market, knowledge of PLAP products, and PLAP documentation (Note: Additional details about the company culture and expected behaviors were not provided in the Job Description.),
