Analyst Relations Specialist

Role Overview: Avathon, a leader in industrial AI, is seeking an Analyst Relations Specialist to join their team in Bangalore. As part of the global AR team, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with industry analysts, driving Avathon's strategy and differentiation to achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing relationships with global industry analyst firms, partnering with sales enablement for driving deals, collaborating with marketing for lead generation, and enhancing the visibility of the company and its services. The position requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the AI industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop relationships with global industry analyst firms. - Partner with sales enablement to drive deals with analyst support. - Collaborate with brand, marketing, and communications to deliver content and programs for lead generation. - Enhance visibility of the company, its strategy, and core services. - Execute an AR engagement program to improve Avathon's thought leader position with key analysts. - Prepare spokespersons for analyst briefings and support in hosting all analyst briefing calls and meetings. - Conduct analyst inquiries and coordinate strategic advisory sessions to support Avathon's leadership position. - Promote analyst-Avathon reports and recognition internally, especially for use in sales. - Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and develop presentations for various business units. - Prepare for participation in key analyst competitive assessment reports in collaboration with global leadership and marketing teams. - Facilitate the timely completion of all relevant deliverables including analyst briefings, surveys/RFI, and client reference requests. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post-graduate in Management, Communications, Business, or Technology. - 3-5 years of experience in supporting Analyst Relations programs in the technology, AI, or SaaS Hi-Tech industry. - In-house or agency background preferred with experience in managing high-profile global events. - Excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills. - Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with limited resources. - Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
