You will be a valuable member of the AI Business Advisory Team, tasked with structuring high-value business problems and designing solutions for the Pharma, Life Sciences, and Healthcare industries. Your role will involve combining the best aspects of machine intelligence and rich domain experience to provide thought leadership to clients at the business head level. You will assist in sharpening their business strategy by developing and implementing AI/GenAI solutions and advocating for last-mile adoption. Moreover, you will drive the adoption of new and innovative AI solutions in the market and oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytics and AI-led transformation programs. Desired Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the AI industry within Pharma, Life Sciences, and Healthcare, with a solid grasp of key industry challenges and data complexities. - Comprehensive understanding of the pharma, life sciences, and healthcare sectors, including the end-to-end drug development life cycle encompassing research, clinical trials, regulatory processes, marketing, and healthcare support. - Proficiency in various data types and sources relevant to the industry, such as genes, proteins, KOLs, indications, patents, hospitals, and regulatory guidelines. - Experience in launching technically complex programs involving big data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning in the specified domains. - Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in solving analytics problems. - Profound knowledge of AI technologies, including GenAI, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics. Possession of a formal degree/certification in AI/ML is advantageous. - Familiarity with writing communications such as strategy papers or white papers and involvement in product management and marketing lifecycles. - Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both non-technical and technical audiences. - Preferred experience in cloud-based development and deployment across AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Track record of hiring and nurturing talent to cultivate market-facing specialists and consultants, along with establishing a community of practice in AI.,
