Job Description

Analyst, Regional Practice Management Office

Role Requirements

Coordinate for specific meetings and related content.
Schedule and attend meetings to understand the functioning and identify clues for performing additional analysis.
Coordinate and perform various analysis to come up with business insights.
Identify bottlenecks / business problems and support on creating solutions by way of setting up new concontrols/processtrols / process enhancements.
Coordinate with various levels in the organization (i.e. Leadership, Middle Management, Executives) to understand operational challenges and assist them to achieve compliance requirements and release operational bottlenecks.
Coordinate with various functions in the organization (i.e. CRM, Finance, L&D, etc.) to streamline operations and support business teams.
Assist in the implementation of various initiatives.
Identify tasks / action items, follow up,, and track progress.
Providing periodic status updates to leadership team.
Perform any other related activity as directed by the reporting manager.

Desired Profile:

Commerce graduate. An MBA from a premiere college would be preferred.
Minimum 2+ years experience in managing projects / office administration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
Ability to think laterally and showcase business acumen.
Demonstrates creative thinking and rigorous analysis in solving business problems.
Good power point, visualization, and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.
Able to maintain a professional demeanor in times of high stress. Works well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
Able to multitask.

Location:

The position will be based in India.
