Job Overview TE Connectivity's Product Marketing teams generate customer demand and loyalty by developing, deploying and measuring the results of clear and compelling product marketing programs for both new product introductions (NPIs), legacy product promotions and technology solutions, focusing on driving awareness and demand for products and technologies in collaboration with PM, Sales and Channel partners. They create effective marketing programs by working with internal and external creative resources to develop videos, print advertisement, presentations, brochures, etc. that result in lead generation and product sales that support both high impact product launches and improve sales in weaker product lines by driving sales and brand preference. They also manage product launches and account capture marketing plans through marketing automation technologies such as Salesforce.com and Eloqua and define, measure and report on the return of all demand marketing activities and investments. Responsibilities Planning and prioritization of product information / content assets to support the product marketing plan Project coordination and creation of product information and content assets Product Marketing content lifecycle management Management, including storage solutions and internal awareness, of key product information / content assets Ensuring and tracking of product data completeness of TE.com product pages Tracking performance of product information / content adoption / effectiveness Internal communication / promotion of new content assets. Develop and execute a comprehensive product information content plan based on portfolio / business priorities. Execute the collection of data and creation of content assets, web pages and sales tools. Develop creative solutions for product information and content assets. Develop tracking tools to document and manage the lifecycle of content / product information assets and sales tools ensuring reviews and updates as required. Define and measure and report on adoption / performance of content assets to drive on-going strategy / priorities. Develop internal communications / awareness / training programs about the location, updates and value of new content assets. Collaborate with Product Marketing / Product Marketing to ensure TE.com product data completeness, monitor data quality and drive updates. Develop internal repositories / tools to ensure awareness and findability of product information and content assets. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors degree required in Marketing or related field. 2-7 years marketing experience including a demonstrated ability to manage marketing content projects Strong customer focused approach with understanding of customer focused content strategies. Demonstrable experience in driving project execution to deadlines Comfortable with / ability to learn sales and marketing and Excellent written and oral communications skills. Experience working with vendors agencies, editors, photographers, designers, printers. Experience of working internationally a strong plus.
