Analyst, PMO & Governance

As part of the Governance and Compliance Team in Pune, you will be responsible for various IT PMO & Governance activities and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Work on various IT PMO & Governance initiatives, including IT Change Management processes - Resolve IT Incidents within target SLAs and MTTRs - Conduct IT Governance Quality Reviews and Emergency Access Reviews - Collaborate and Support various IT Functions in the area of IT PMO & Governance - Support IT Audits and MIS Reporting & IT Dashboards - Assist in IT Project Management by supporting Policies and Procedure Documentation, SAP Change Management Process, Project Reviews, and Resource Management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in IT or related field - Prior experience in IT PMO & Governance activities - Strong understanding of IT Change Management processes - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of IT Incident Management and IT Audits would be an advantage Please note that there are no additional details of the company mentioned in the job description.,
