Job Summary

As an Analyst, you will support the execution of operational tasks and contribute to process efficiency by following established guidelines and procedures. You will work under supervision to meet performance targets and develop foundational skills in analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Ability to meet process SLAs (TAT & Quality)
  • Responsible to comprehend, and having good customer service attitude to clarify articulate the resolution
  • Transaction process for US Life/Annuity processes
  • Good time management and organizational skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Non – Technical)
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in US Insurance Operations (Fresher's with 2025 pass outs can apply)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be details and solutions oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Typing speed should be 30 WPM with 95% accuracy.
Open to Night Shifts (US Time Zones).
