Analyst

As an Analyst at Novartis, you will provide analytics support to internal customers (CPOs & Regional marketing and sales teams) by delivering qualitative and quantitative insights. Your responsibilities will include creating and delivering Field Excellence insights, designing ETL based solutions, maintaining standard operating procedures, and developing knowledge repositories. Key Responsibilities: - Create and deliver Field Excellence insights within agreed SLAs, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and quality - Design, develop, and maintain ETL based solutions to optimize field excellence activities - Deliver services through Agile project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication - Maintain standard operating procedures and quality checklists for excellent quality outputs - Develop and maintain knowledge repositories to track field excellence related trends across Novartis markets Qualifications Required: - 2 years of experience in SQL and Excel - Learning agility and ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Experience in Pharma datasets and proficiency in Python or any other scripting language Desirable Qualifications: - University/Advanced degree in fields like business administration, finance, or technical field preferred - Minimum 3 years experience with ETL tools (Alteryx, DataIKU, Matillion) and cloud-based platforms like SnowFlake Join Novartis to be a part of a mission to reimagine medicine and improve lives.
