Analyst

As a Data Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing academic, behavioral, and attendance data. Your key tasks will include generating reports and dashboards for leadership, teachers, and staff to support decision-making processes. By identifying trends and patterns in the data, you will play a crucial role in informing school improvement plans and interventions. Collaborating closely with administrators, you will help define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for school performance, ensuring that the metrics align with strategic objectives. Additionally, you will be instrumental in supporting compliance with state and federal reporting requirements, thus contributing to the overall accountability and transparency of the educational institution. Your responsibilities will also extend to conducting surveys and analyzing results to gauge school climate and gather valuable parent/student feedback. Upholding confidentiality standards, you will be entrusted with maintaining data accuracy and integrity throughout the reporting and analysis processes.
