Department: Monetization / Myntra Ads

Reports to: Associate Director Demand

About the Role

Myntra Ads is one of the fastest-growing verticals at Myntra, enabling brands to drive visibility, consideration, and conversions through performance and display campaigns. As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in powering data-backed decision-making by generating actionable insights, evaluating campaign performance, and enabling internal and external stakeholders to optimize outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Analytics
  • Analyze campaign data (PLA, Display, Affiliate, etc.) and deliver insights to improve ROI for brands.
  • Develop dashboards and periodic reports to track key metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, impressions, and spends.
  • Business Insights & Storytelling
  • Translate complex data into simple and compelling stories for brand managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, levers of performance, and opportunity areas across categories, brands, and ad formats.
  • Partnering with Stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Ads KAMs, Category Managers, and Brand Solutions to support brand discussions.
  • Build strong feedback loops with Product, Tech, and Data Science teams for automation and tool improvements.
  • Automation & Tools
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of self-serve reporting tools and templates.
  • Support ongoing efforts in automating brand scorecards, dashboards, and campaign performance reporting.


What Were Looking For

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.


Experience:

15 years of experience in analytics, preferably in digital advertising, e-commerce, or consulting.


Skills:


  1. Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python/R is a plus.
  2. Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  3. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  4. Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  5. Good to Have
  6. Understanding of retail media or performance marketing ecosystem (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon DSP, etc.)
  7. Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation, or incrementality measurement.
