Analyst - Mortgage Underwriting

You will be part of a team providing support to a USA client in the Mortgage Finance industry. As a Mortgage Analyst, your responsibilities will include reading and analyzing deal-related documentation, managing the deal process, understanding UW guidelines, ensuring completed work is saved and accessible to the team, communicating progress daily, upgrading technical knowledge, collaborating with colleagues, supporting the team, acting as a Technical Coach, exceeding key performance indicators, and undertaking assigned tasks/projects. To qualify for this role, you should have a B. Com / BBA degree and a Post Graduate Degree in Finance (M.com, MBA, etc.), along with 2.5 to 4 years of experience in a banking institution managing and underwriting commercial real estate loans focusing on Freddie/Fannie/Bridge Lending. You should possess relationship management skills, contingency review abilities, underwriting philosophy knowledge, and financial analysis expertise. Your skills should include strong Finance and Accounting skills, loan interest calculations, application of financial policies, financial analysis of commercial lending, reviewing borrower statements, analyzing operating statements, trend analysis, loan terms assessment, loan underwriting, and loan narratives writing. Additionally, you should have proficiency in reviewing third-party reports, credit history, handling databases, oral and written communication, MS Office applications, and internet/web applications. As a Mortgage Analyst, you are expected to demonstrate qualities such as a strong commitment to supporting overseas clients, being a good team player with integrity, excellent communication skills, maintaining strict confidentiality, self-motivation, being a quick learner, and continuous learning of new technologies. This position is located in Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, with working hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST. The salary range offered is as per industry standards.,
