Analyst- Metallurgy

Role Overview: As an ideal candidate for this role, you will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various projects to optimize company growth and business. Your main responsibility will include analyzing RCA & CAPA for customer complaints and working on various analysis such as weld repair percentages, Glassing repairs, First time right quality, and new projects. You will be involved in researching, analyzing, and reporting on trends, using data to create insights, developing statistical reports, identifying areas for improvement, creating recommended plans to streamline processes, and delivering information to stakeholders.
