Analyst- Metallurgy

The ideal candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various projects to optimize company growth and business. You will be responsible for various analyses such as RCA & CAPA for customer complaints. Your responsibilities will include working on analysis RCA & CAPA for customer complaints, weld repair percentages, Glassing repairs, First time right quality, new projects, etc. You will be conducting research, analysis, and reporting on trends, using data to create insights, developing statistical reports, identifying areas for improvement, creating recommended plans to streamline processes, and delivering information to stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, proficiency in data visualization, strong presentation skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities. The qualifications required for this position are a BE/ME in Metallurgy, along with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in the Fabrication & Chemical industry.,
