About the Role :

MDM Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  design, development, and maintenance

  of MDM solutions across multiple domains (Customer, Vendor, Product, Employee, Finance)
• Perform

  data profiling, data analysis, and cleansing

  to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support

  data integration activities

  between MDM, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with

  business stakeholders and data stewards

  to define data standards and validation rules.
• Monitor

  data quality scorecards, reports, and dashboards

  to track improvements.
• Identify and resolve

  data quality issues

  through root cause analysis.
• Document

  data flows, business rules, and metadata

  for master data processes.
• Participate in

  UAT, functional testing, and user training

  for MDM solutions.
• Work with MDM Lead/Architect to implement

  governance frameworks, hierarchy management, and survivorship rules

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-7 years of experience

  in

  data management, MDM, or data governance

  .
• Hands-on knowledge of any MDM platform (e.g.,

  Informatica MDM, Reltio, TIBCO EBX, SAP MDG, IBM MDM

  ).
• Strong understanding of

  data quality, data integration, and data modeling concepts

  .
• Proficiency in

  SQL, ETL tools (Informatica/Talend), and Excel

  for data analysis.
• Familiarity with

  data governance frameworks, hierarchy management, and stewardship processes

  .
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work with

  business and technical stakeholders

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  insurance, BFSI, or product-based domains

  .
• Knowledge of

  cloud-based MDM solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  .
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum delivery model

  .
• Exposure to

  data privacy and compliance regulations

  (GDPR, CCPA).
