Analyst - Learning & Development

As a Learning and Development professional, your role involves analyzing training and development needs within the organization, designing and expanding training programs, and ensuring the satisfaction of all relevant parties. Your focus will be on maximizing employees" talents and helping them reach their full potential while considering the organization's needs. Here are some key responsibilities you will undertake: - Analyze training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and consultations with business managers and HR departments. - Design and expand training programs based on organizational and individual needs. - Collaborate with a team to create programs that meet the satisfaction of various stakeholders within the organization. - Manage program costs and stay within budgets. - Plan and evaluate the return on investment of training programs. - Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices, and graduate trainees. - Monitor trainees" progress through feedback mechanisms and discussions with managers. - Create training materials for in-house courses. - Deliver training through various methods such as classroom, online, and blended learning. - Manage the delivery of training programs and ensure statutory requirements are met. - Revise programs as needed to adapt to changes in the work environment. - Stay updated on training developments by engaging in relevant research and attending courses.
