Analyst - Learning & Development

As a Learning and Development professional, your role involves analyzing training and development needs within the organization, designing and expanding training programs, and working with a team to ensure program satisfaction. You will need to consider costs, plan induction programs, monitor trainee progress, and create training materials. Additionally, you will manage program delivery, ensure statutory requirements are met, and stay updated on training developments.
