Analyst IT Security-Key Management

Analyst IT Security - will be responsible for the following:

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee enterprise encryption key lifecycle management, including creation, rotation, and operation across multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM, Oracle, Google, and Salesforce

• Lead the development and maintenance of the encryption infrastructure

• Consult with internal teams and third-party vendors to implement and manage Elevance Health's Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) requirements

• Coordinate with application teams to integrate encryption solutions into applications migrating to the cloud

• Provide on-call support for all encryption solutions.

• Create, revise, and update documentation related to encryption key management

• Strong background in scripting and automation

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent years (3-5) as an IT Security Analyst

• Knowledge and understanding of industry-standard data processing controls and concepts related to hardware, software, data, network, and people.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Preferred Experience:

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of industry-standard data processing controls and concepts related to hardware, software, data, network, and people.

• Extensive experience in encryption key management

• Experience with Thales or another enterprise-level key management solution

• Terraform deployment

• Container deployment and management

• Experience in software development and familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies

• Proficiency with Data-At-Rest and Data-In-Motion encryption techniques
