Analyst - Investments

Responsibilities-The role holder will be a key part of the office of Head Investments Project Finance. Key responsibilities shall include:Equity \/ quasi-equity fund raising, from institutional investors \/ financial institutions:Handling all interactions with existing investorsCreate \/ maintain collaterals for potential transactionsCoordinate with investment bankers, be the single point of contact between bankers and internal teams in creating and maintaining data rooms for potential transactions.Owning the investment decision making process end to end:Responsible for building and reviewing financial models, evaluating risk factors for potential new PPAs Vibrant is evaluatingMaintain a central repository of collaterals pertaining to each asset \/ SPV. Monitor \/ track performance of under construction as well as operational projects against projected performance, on a monthly basis.Coordinate with Finance Accounts and Compliance teams:Be the connection between the CFO function and the Investments functionManage the process of actual flow of funds from investors to projectsSupport \/ review processes and compliance pertaining to Audits, FPA, TaxStrategic initiatives:Lead any potential MA discussionsEvaluate strategic diversifications basis continuous market trackingContinuous evaluation of the capital and holding structure, suggest potential optimizations and lead execution of such initiatives.Candidate Profile-s7 to 8 years of working experience in a similar management consulting background, investment banking, Big 4, corporate finance, infrastructure advisory, project finance, MA capacity etc.Strong analytical insight and spreadsheet modelling skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial statements to an intermediate level.Good interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.Dynamic personality to get the desired information from other teams with good follow ups.Knowledge of Project Finance is an added advantage but not must.
