Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst II to join our Global Procurement Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement processes.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and improve quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure procurement effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
