Description
As an Analyst in HR Shared Services at JLL, you will play a crucial role in resolving Tier 1 queries and transactions related to core HR processes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee data in Workday, communicating processes and policies to employees, managing employee benefits and leaves transactions, and ensuring smooth employee onboarding and exit formalities. Your ability to identify and escalate complex queries, demonstrate proficiency in HR processes, and adhere to agreed KPIs and SLAs will be essential for success in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong teamwork skills, be highly motivated, organized, and methodical. Your proactive approach in achieving results, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines will be valued. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of core HR management practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and previous experience in a Workday HR environment. While a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, having knowledge of a Case Management tool and proficiency in MS Office Suite skills will be advantageous. Ideally, you should have 1-3 years of experience in HR or client services role. Your ability to adapt, drive change, and manage competing priorities will be key in contributing to the efficiency and productivity of the HR Shared Services team at JLL.
