Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer - Analyst in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team of the S&C Global Network at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients from diverse industries with Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating innovative learning strategies, managing organizational change, and contributing to the workforce's future. Key Responsibilities: - Create intuitive learner experiences by understanding client and business requirements and proposing effective training and non-training solutions. - Provide support throughout the development, integration, and deployment phases of projects. - Independently design, visualize, and develop various media projects regardless of complexity level, overseeing all design projects from conception to delivery. - Develop high-quality graphics and media (UI, Graphics, illustrations & animations) for complex projects and demos. - Conceptualize creative ideas and instructional media from Storyboards/creative briefs. - Collaborate with communications consultants and instructional designers to visualize graphics effectively. - Maintain graphic standards, guidelines, and checklists for projects. - Demonstrate a result-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities in a diverse, multi-cultural environment. - Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization, preferably Graphic Design. - 2-5 years of experience in the creative field of learning, media, advertising, and communications. - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, and Lectora. - Familiarity with e-learning, SCORM/AICC standards, learning design and development, and rapid authoring tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Cross-cultural competency.
