Job Description

As an Analyst in Franchise Services, your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support for Franchise Solutions to our internal business partners. This will involve creating and maintaining process guides, offering assistance with tools like Salesforce and Ironclad, and leveraging internal data to establish a sales pipeline for the APEMEA regional teams. Your goal will be to prioritize sales efforts and identify significant opportunities for pursuit. Additionally, you will work on improving efficiencies within Franchise Solutions in the APEMEA regions, collaborating with key stakeholders to implement necessary changes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing regional performance reports on Franchise Solutions for leadership and identifying new solutions that can be globally launched to meet the evolving customer needs. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a strong inclination towards collaboration and teamwork. Building and maintaining relationships with various internal stakeholders will be crucial. Experience with sales support tools like Salesforce and Ironclad is preferred, along with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a solutions-oriented approach. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours to support different time zones in the APEMEA regions is required. Prior experience in providing customer support, either internally or externally, will be advantageous. In line with Mastercard's security policies, as an employee working with Mastercard assets and information, it is your responsibility to ensure information security. This includes maintaining confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, reporting any suspected security violations, breaches, and completing mandatory security trainings as per Mastercard's guidelines.,
