Analyst (Founders Office) Internship

You are invited to join the Founders Office at Rubyworks, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders and leadership team on various strategic initiatives, operational planning, market research, and cross-functional projects. This role provides exposure to the fast-paced dynamics of a high-growth startup, including engaging in investor conversations and core business functions. There is also the potential to transition from an internship to a full-time position. Key Responsibilities: - Support the founders and executive team in day-to-day operations and high-priority initiatives. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to contribute to business strategy. - Prepare reports, investor presentations, internal decks, and meeting notes. - Track key projects and ensure timely delivery of action items across teams. - Assist in organizing meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination. - Support the onboarding and integration of new finance experts when required. - Engage in various special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Founder. - Coordinate with the technology partner to monitor the status of the MVP and ensure alignment with project goals. - Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance team productivity. - Handle special projects assigned by the leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.
