Job Description

As an Analytics Support Specialist at Novartis, your role involves providing analytics support to internal customers such as CPOs and regional marketing and sales teams on various low-medium complexity analytical reports. Your responsibilities include supporting and facilitating data-enabled decision-making by providing qualitative and quantitative analytics. Additionally, you will support FEO-BSI teams in building practices through initiatives like knowledge sharing, onboarding, training support, and assisting the team lead in business-related tasks. You will also contribute to building process documentation and knowledge repositories. Furthermore, you will be an integral part of a comprehensive design team responsible for designing promotional marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: - Create and deliver customer requirements as per agreed SLAs - Deliver services through a structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication - Ensure deliverables meet high standards of quality and accuracy - Ensure on-time project delivery within stipulated deadlines - Support in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) - Develop and maintain knowledge repositories capturing qualitative and quantitative reports - Participate in various knowledge-sharing sessions Key Performance Indicators: - Maintain good customer satisfaction scores - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively - Timely delivery of projects Qualifications Required: Work Experience: - Proficiency in operations management and execution - Experience in project management - Working knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry Skills: - Proficiency in Alteryx - Strong analytical thinking skills - Brand awareness - Business networking abilities - Curiosity and a passion for learning - Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing communications - Experience in process documentation - Excel proficiency - Familiarity with ETL tools Language: - Proficiency in English About Novartis: Novartis is dedicated to helping people with diseases and their families by bringing together a community of smart, passionate individuals like yourself.
