Job Description

• Individual will be part of the Operational Innovation (OI) team, driving value in the sourcing of equipment components, parts and assemblies specifically for North America market.

• EquipmentOIislooking for a resource to help with specification extraction, documentation review and compilation to support global equipment RFP work.

• Individual will also support Equipment Data Management team with data cleansing initiatives.

Job Characteristics

Follow all safety policies and guidelines during lab work and site visits Ability to quickly learn processes, software and deliver on the objectives impactfully
Extract and organize data from SAP and other data management systems. Workclosely with OI and ADS teams to support equipment RFPs.
Pull equipment specification documentation from SAP PLM (Ecolab equipment specification system).
Review specification documentation and compile RFP specification package based upon preset criteria.
Conduct document reviews and keep documents and files well organized Work with procurement partners to expedite tasks and resolve issues Partner with SAP PLM Data Management team ondata cleansing initiatives Collaborate with global OI team to prioritize work, solve problems and foster best practices
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and still deliver on time

Location:Pune

• WorkSchedule:Preferred working hours 12:30-9:30 PM (Pune time), to better overlap with Americas
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor/Masters degree in Engineering or scientific discipline 0-2 years professional experience, preferably electrical or mechanical engineering or chemistry
Strong attention to detail and process oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English) Proficiency in MS Office applications, SharePoint, and PowerBI Experience with SAP
Flexibility and adaptability, as well as demonstrated comfort with ambiguity
Learning agility as it relates to systems, databases, and business and regulatory processes
