Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in pharmaceutical. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard and will be responsible for analysing and interpreting large datasets to support business decisions, marketing strategy, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze pharmaceutical market data
using IQVIA, IMS, AWACS, AIOCD
, and other relevant databases.
Perform market trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, sales performance evaluation, and forecasting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Strategy to derive actionable insights.
Generate dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Support product launch planning, market entry strategies, and portfolio management with data-driven insights.
Maintain data integrity, validate datasets, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Develop and automate regular reports and KPIs for business review.
Stay updated with changes in market research tools and data sources.

Required Skills and Experience:

4 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare analytics.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Analytical mind-set with the ability to handle large datasets and derive insights.
Strong understanding of pharma market dynamics, product lifecycle, and sales analytics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Pharmacy or Any graduate.
Experience working in pharmaceutical consulting or market research firms.
