Job Description

As an experienced professional with over 3 years of SPM and Incentive Compensation Implementation experience, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and maintaining ICM models and reports, with at least two full lifecycle implementations of an ICM model - Utilizing ICM modules such as Composer, Portal Access, Task Manager, and Presenter - Building import processes, workflow processes, calculation logic, reports, and web forms - Working with relational databases, dimensional databases, and programming concepts, with basic SQL query expertise - Creating requirement documents, technical specifications, unit test plans, estimation documents, road maps, and architectural documents - Quickly dissecting and fixing issues in existing code and configurations - Translating technical processes/terms for users without a technical background - Demonstrating business knowledge of sales compensation processes - Understanding software development and implementation lifecycles - Participating in global system rollout strategy, planning, vendor selection, and implementation planning - Driving IT methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile Development is a plus - Providing valuable insights to clients and helping them become customer-centric organizations - Leading the delivery by liaising with senior leadership and ensuring the quality of deliverables In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have at least 3 years of ICM experience and experience with other Sales Performance Management or Incentive Compensation solutions such as Callidus Oracle Incentive Compensation, Anaplan. Experience with Varicent and Xactly would be a plus. Your ability to drive IT methodologies and lead the delivery process will be crucial for the successful implementation of projects. Please note that this job requires a strong background in ICM and related technologies, as well as the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your expertise in sales compensation processes and your proven track record of successful project implementations will be key factors for your success in this role.,
