Analyst-Customer Functional

As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery by liaising with senior leadership to carry out customer implementations and program enhancements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones and activities - Defining resource requirements to reach objectives and managing resources in an effective and efficient manner - Translating Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and creating Solution Design for Medallia Solution in compliance with best practices - Participating in the implementation design, setup, and review processes - Utilizing Medallia software knowledge to configure feedback questionnaires, reports, and integrations with other systems - Providing support to client meetings by leveraging in-depth Client system capabilities - Experience working in teams to collaboratively solve technical problems - Providing valuable insights to clients and helping them make a customer-centric organization Additionally, if there are any additional details of the company in the job description, please provide them.,
