Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional accounting and finance experience, preferably in a fund administration or alternative investment firm.
Experience in calculating private equity or real estate waterfalls, with exposure to automation tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with waterfall automation processes, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
Experience with fund administration software such as Yardi, Investran, Allvue, or eFront.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, VBA, or Python to enhance automation capabilities.
Experience with reporting tools like SSRS or Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards.
