• You need to be a HODLer of these Bachelor s degree in any stream

• 1+ years experience in payment operations/reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of payment systems banking processes
• Proficient in MS Excel large data handling
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in fintech, banking, or crypto exchanges is a plus
• Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance is a plus
• You will be mining through these tasks Manage end-to-end payment operations (deposits, withdrawals, refunds)
• Perform daily reconciliations across banks, gateways, and internal systems
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies within SLAs
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Support teams for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records for audits compliance
• Support document onboarding verification to mitigate risk
