Analyst, Application Development, Future Ready Technology

You will be a part of the application development team, where your main responsibilities will include designing and developing highly complex and scalable Java applications. You will be expected to take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery within project timelines and requirements. Your role will also involve troubleshooting development and production issues across various environments and platforms. Collaborating with Application Support, Developers, and Product Owners will be essential to ensure successful release by delivering high-quality solutions to customer adaption challenges and enhancements. Additionally, you will be involved in reviewing designs, code, and approving solution approaches. To be considered for this role, you should have a degree in Computing / Computer Science / Engineering. Ideally, you will have between 2 to 3.5 years of experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Proficiency in core Java software products, API libraries, and frameworks, as well as JEE technologies, is required. Strong working knowledge in Core Java, JSON, and REST APIs such as Java API for RESTful Web Services (e.g., JAX-RS, Spring) is necessary. Hands-on experience with Logging (Log4j) and Unit Testing using JUnit, as well as working with enterprise applications utilizing Spring and Hibernate, is essential. Knowledge of at least one UI framework like AngularJS / ExtJS / ReactJS is preferred. Experience with SQL Queries and database servers like MSSQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and designing and developing responsive GUI / Front End Components / UI / UX using JavaScript frameworks like React, AngularJS is a plus. Moreover, you should have experience working with version control systems like GIT, SVN, build tools like Maven, and knowledge of continuous integration and delivery. A good command of using Data Structures, especially XML operations and Processing technologies, is required. Hands-on experience in OOP, Design Patterns, TDD, IoC, DI, and knowledge of Serialization/De-serialization will be beneficial for this role.,
