Job Description

Role Overview: As a candidate for this role, your responsibilities will include coordinating with various departments such as Engineering, Service, SMC, and field sales to ensure smooth operations for oils, paints, Parts, and Accessories Team. You will collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and AIS 140 for sales enhancement activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing management decks, handling Suzuki Connect complaints, developing revenue generation strategies, conducting sales forecasting, managing audits, and coordinating budgets. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with Engineering, Service, and SMC for oils and paints, as well as field sales for the Parts and Accessories Team. - Collaborate with oil and paint vendors, AIS 140, and stakeholders to increase sales and understand best practices. - Prepare and manage Sr. Management Decks. - Handle Suzuki Connect complaints and ensure resolution. - Develop strategies for additional revenue generation through data analytics and business insights. - Coordinate with the field team for query handling and resolution. - Conduct sales forecasting and identify sales trends for process efficiency. - Manage periodic audits and coordinate annual budgets. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Channel Management, specifically Dealers and Distribution. - Proficiency in MS Excel and data modeling, with a preference for knowledge of Power BI. - Expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and handling large data sets. - Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach. - Preferred skills in key account management.
