Role Overview: As a candidate for this role, your responsibilities will include coordinating with Engineering, Service, and SMC for oils and paints, as well as field sales for the Parts and Accessories Team. You will collaborate with oil and paint vendors, AIS 140, and other stakeholders for regular activities aimed at increasing sales and understanding best practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and managing Sr. Management Decks, handling Suzuki Connect complaints, and ensuring their resolution. Developing strategies to generate additional revenue through data analytics and business insights will also be part of your role. You will coordinate with the field team for query handling and resolution, conduct sales forecasting, identify sales trends to enhance process efficiency, and manage periodic audits while coordinating annual budgets. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Channel Management, specifically Dealers and Distribution. - Proficiency in MS Excel and data modeling, with knowledge of Power BI being preferred. - Expertise in data analysis and data visualization, with the ability to handle large data sets. - Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach. - Key account management skills are also preferred.,
