About the Role

Powder Coating Plant operations

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the powder coating plant and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and guide workers as well as coordinate with outsourced vendors to achieve production targets.
Plan, monitor, and execute production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
Ensure high-quality powder coating standards with minimal rework and rejection rates.
Monitor plant performance, analyze bottlenecks, and implement productivity improvement measures.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
Maintain inventory of consumables and ensure timely replenishment.
Train and motivate workers to enhance efficiency and technical skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, dispatch) for seamless operations.

Candidate Profile

5 to 8 years of
hands-on experience in powder coating production & operations
.
Strong knowledge of
powder coating techniques, equipment, and processes
.
Experience in handling teams of workers and external vendors.
Proven ability to deliver productivity improvements and achieve targets.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ready to
join immediately or within a short notice period
.
Willingness to
relocate to Bhiwandi, Thane district
.
