AM/Manager - MSME LAP Sourcing

You will be joining a high-growth Business Development team as an Assistant Manager / Manager focusing on Loan Against Property (LAP) in multiple key locations including Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Panipat, Rohtak, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Surat, Ahmedabad, Jamshedpur, and Pune. As an experienced candidate in financial services sales, particularly in the LAP/Mortgage segment, you will play a crucial role in driving the sourcing of MSME LAP proposals. Your main responsibilities will include identifying, onboarding, and managing corporate channels / DSAs in Delhi/NCR to achieve disbursement targets and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and onboard corporate and retail DSA channel partners for MSME LAP sourcing. - Strengthen existing DSA relationships to increase lead flow and disbursal volumes. - Drive monthly & quarterly disbursal targets to support the company's growth objectives. - Ensure a steady pipeline of quality LAP cases with competitive rates and structures. - Develop long-term partnerships with key decision-makers in DSAs. - Organize regular meetings, training, and engagement programs for DSAs. - Act as the primary liaison between DSAs and internal teams to streamline operations. - Ensure quality sourcing by filtering leads based on creditworthiness and compliance norms. - Collaborate with the Credit & Risk team to improve approval rates while maintaining portfolio quality. - Assist DSAs in understanding and following the company's credit policies. - Keep track of competitor LAP offerings and provide market feedback to refine product strategies. - Identify new sourcing opportunities and explore untapped market segments. - Conduct training sessions for DSAs to improve knowledge of LAP products and processes. - Provide marketing support and sales tools to enhance customer engagement. - Keep DSAs updated on any changes in loan policies, interest rates, and guidelines. **Qualifications:** - Postgraduate / MBA preferred. - Relevant work experience in LAP sourcing. - Strong understanding of LAP products, credit assessment, and compliance norms. - Excellent negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills. - Proven track record in meeting and exceeding LAP disbursal targets.,
