Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced AML Test Engineer with hands-on expertise in Oracle FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management). The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing of AML systems to ensure compliance, accuracy, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional and regression testing for AML solutions built on Oracle FCCM.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and execute test cycles.
• Work closely with development, business analysts, and compliance teams.
• Identify defects and ensure their resolution within timelines.
• Ensure all test activities comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Participate in UAT and support production deployment testing.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle FCCM (including modules like KYC, CDD, EDD, Transaction Monitoring).
• Experience in AML/BSA regulatory compliance processes.
• Good understanding of SDLC/STLC.
• Strong knowledge in writing and executing SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification in Oracle or AML domain is a plus.
