Role Overview:

As an International Process Executive, you’ll engage with customers through voice and email channels, deliver accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction in line with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats from international clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication across all touchpoints.
• Update CRM tools and ensure data accuracy.
• Meet service quality, efficiency, and call handling benchmarks.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Open to Undergraduates and Graduates.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent English communication is mandatory (written & verbal).
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and relocate to Jaipur.

Salary & Perks:

• ₹27,500 – ₹36,000/month + Incentives
