Job Description

Job Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management (from planning to execution) for the setup of testing and evaluation facilities Manage budget control, cost tracking, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of projects Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-country teams to meet project and facility development goals Execute facility layout planning and coordinate across civil, electrical, mechanical utilities, IT infrastructure, and safety domains Key Competencies 1. Project Management Skills (Intermediate Level) Stakeholder and cross-functional coordination across verticals and geographies Understanding of industrial construction projects, NBC guidelines, safety requirements, contract/legal frameworks Proficiency in installation and commissioningspecifically at the Rohtak facilitywith strong focus on quality, cost, and schedule control Facility layout planning with consideration to operational utilities and technical systems Negotiation and influencing skills to ensure contract compliance and supplier performance Familiarity with international business operations: L/C, INCOTERMS, FTA, and customs clearance 2. Financial Acumen (Intermediate Level) Working knowledge of direct and indirect taxation and its impact on procurement cycles Awareness of changing tax and policy frameworks Proficient in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles, capitalization, and Fixed Asset Register (FAR) practices Understanding of tax exemption schemes: DSIR, EPCG, customs benefits Experience in managing internal and external audits at the department/divisional level 3. Analytical Aptitude (Expert Level) Strong analytical capabilities for data interpretation and reporting Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, PowerPoint visualizations, and dashboarding Skilled in logical reasoning and operational problem-solving 4. General Competencies (Expert Level) Clear conceptual grasp of business processes and deliverables Strong task ownership, detail orientation, and quality compliance mindset Highly process-driven approach aligned with internal governance and SOPs Excellent written and verbal communication Strong customer-first orientation and stakeholder responsiveness Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering MBA (Preferred for enhanced project and financial acumen)
