Key Responsibilities : Drive project-specific sales through direct, channel partner, and digital platforms Handle customer walk-ins, explain project features, and convert leads into bookings Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Generate new business opportunities via corporate tie-ups, brokers, and investor networks Coordinate with CRM, Legal, and Documentation teams to complete post-sales formalities Lead and train sales executives or junior managers (for M and above) Track competitor activities and market trends to recommend pricing and positioning strategies Contribute to product launches, marketing campaigns, and pre-sales events Maintain updated MIS reports, dashboards, and sales forecasting data Work closely with project, finance, and marketing teams for alignment on customer commitments Attend customer meetings, site visits, and client negotiations to close high-value deals Represent the company in channel partner meets and property expos
