Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive project-specific sales through direct, channel partner, and digital platforms
  • Handle customer walk-ins, explain project features, and convert leads into bookings
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Generate new business opportunities via corporate tie-ups, brokers, and investor networks
  • Coordinate with CRM, Legal, and Documentation teams to complete post-sales formalities
  • Lead and train sales executives or junior managers (for M and above)
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to recommend pricing and positioning strategies
  • Contribute to product launches, marketing campaigns, and pre-sales events
  • Maintain updated MIS reports, dashboards, and sales forecasting data
  • Work closely with project, finance, and marketing teams for alignment on customer commitments
  • Attend customer meetings, site visits, and client negotiations to close high-value deals
  • Represent the company in channel partner meets and property expos
