Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and develop new clients for
PEB, Prefab structures
, and
PUF panel
solutions across regions.
Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to project conversion and handover.
Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, project managers, and government departments.
Drive business through tenders, corporate accounts, institutional clients, and channel partners.
Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiations in coordination with design and costing teams.
Regularly visit project sites, client offices, and consultant meetings across assigned zones.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and assist in developing strategic sales plans.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum
3 years of experience
in sales of
PEB structures, prefab buildings, or PUF panels
.
Strong understanding of construction and infrastructure projects.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Engineering background (Civil/Mechanical) preferred but not mandatory.
