AM/DM - SCM (procurement Raw Material)

Role Overview: As a member of the Commercial division at INOX SOLAR LIMITED, your main job purpose will be to support the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team in screening, evaluating, and identifying suppliers and vendors for the supply of material, technology, and expertise within the approved budgetary constraints. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain market intelligence to ensure a pipeline of raw materials. - Assist in developing buying strategies and selecting appropriate buyers. - Manage vendors effectively to ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials. - Define procurement objectives and establish long-term contracts with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). - Conduct risk analysis and review consistency and progress in supply chain operations. - Develop global vendor relationships for existing and new Bill of Materials (BOM) products. - Define standard selection criteria as per Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). - Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules closely. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualifications: - Minimum Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E - Preferred Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E - Functional Skills Required: - Negotiation Skills - Market Intelligence - Technical Skills Required: - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Knowledge of SAP - Behavioural/Leadership Skills Required: - Strong influencing skills and customer orientation - High focus on execution - Competency Required: - Stakeholder relationship management Additional Details: INOX SOLAR LIMITED is a company that values expertise and experience in the industry.
