Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team in evaluating and selecting suppliers and vendors for the procurement of materials, technology, and expertise within the approved budget. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing market intelligence by analyzing markets and supply/demand dynamics of Solar Bill of Materials (BoM) Module - Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of raw materials - Ensuring timely delivery of goods and execution of services cost-effectively to meet internal customer satisfaction - Developing buying strategies to optimize supply market value and business integration with project budgets - Defining procurement objectives and establishing long-term contracts with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) - Selecting options and conducting risk analysis - Reviewing consistency and progress of supply chain operations - Developing global vendors for existing and new BoM products - Evaluating the existing supplier base and defining standard selection criteria as per Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) - Ensuring timely issuance of purchase orders and supplies - Monitoring delivery schedules and following up on-site deliveries to ensure compliance Your performance will be evaluated based on key performance indicators such as market intelligence development, timely procurement and delivery, customer satisfaction, cost-effectiveness, risk management, vendor development, and supply chain efficiency. Overall, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain processes and contributing to the success of the organization's projects and business objectives.,
