Job Description Position TitleAM/DM - SCM (procurement Raw Material)CompanyINOX SOLAR LIMITEDGrade / LevelL5Division / Department Commercial Job Purpose To support SCM team to screen, evaluate and identify suppliers and vendors for supply of material/ technology/expertise as required as per the budgetary approvals Prinicipal job accoutabilities Accountabilities Major Activities Key Performance Indicators Market Intelligence Development Maintaining pipeline of Raw material Developing Buying Strategy Assist in Buyer Selection Vendor ManagementAnalyzing Markets and Supply/ Demand Dynamics of Solar BoM Module Timely procurement & delivery of the raw material Timely delivery of goods and execution of service in a cost-effective manner to the utmost satisfaction of internal customers To develop buying strategies which optimize the potential value of the supply markets and the business, ensuring their integration into the overall budget of the project. Defining procurement Objectives and long term contracts with OEM Selecting Options and Performing Risk Analysis Reviewing Consistency and Progress Global Vendor Development for existing and new BOM products. Reviewing Existing Supplier Base Defining Standard Selection Criteria as per QAP. Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and supplies Monitor delivery schedule & constantly follow up to on site delivery Skills and academic qualifications Educational Qualifications Minimum Qualification - B.Tech/ B.E Preferred Qualification - B.Tech/ B.E Functional Skills Functional Skills Required - Negotiation Skills Market Intelligence Technical Skills required - Expert in handling project management tools and softwares. Knowledge of SAP Behavioural/Leadership Skills required - High influencing skills and customer orientation High Execution focus Competency Required - Stakeholder relationship Relevant and total experience Total Number of experience required - 10 Relevant experience required in - 7
