Job Description

Devotional Content Ideation & Development:

(Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism)o Develop devotional song/show concepts, formats

Production Management:

o Plan and manage shoots for Devotional songs - including complete ownership of the project and active participation in song lyrics writing/scripting, scheduling, budgeting, vendor management and artist and crew coordination.o Collaborate with directors, editors, VFX teams, and on-screen talent to bring each song project to life.

Talent & Artist Coordination:

o Liaise with artists, and management for content, interviews, artist bytes and appearances.o Oversee artist logistics and creative alignment for song shoots and devotional shows.

Editorial Oversight:

o Review scripts, rough cuts, and final edits to ensure content quality, brand tone, and legal compliance.o Stay updated with the latest devotional music trends, artist launches, and keep content fresh, topical and relevant.

Multiplatform Execution:

o Coordinate with digital/social teams to ensure seamless activation of the content for YouTube, Instagram, and OTT platforms.o Work on live events, award shows, and festival specials as required.
