AMC Sales

As an AMC Sales executive at Numeric, you will play a crucial role in managing the warranty expiry and AMC renewal dates for UPS systems within your branch/region. Your responsibilities will include: - Tracking warranty expiry & AMC renewal date of UPS systems and sharing data with the HO AMC team in advance - Submitting AMC proposals well in advance for renewal / warranty expiry UPS systems - Negotiating with clients for rate contracts and other quotations - Maintaining AMC enquiry records and following up until the order is executed - Following up with customers to convert proposals into confirmed orders and receiving purchase orders - Coordinating with the HO AMC team for invoices and closing all AMC orders through internal coordination - Working with the AMC functional channel head and channel partners to propose and convert clients for AMC contracts - Communicating timely with clients on AMC renewals, inquiries, and collections through phone and emails - Recording AMC sales information and maintaining customer records - Providing the highest level of customer support and maintaining positive client relationships through routine follow-ups - Visiting at least 5 clients per day to drive the signing and collection of AMC contracts In addition, you should demonstrate the following behavioral competencies: - Performance excellence - Customer engagement excellence - Productivity excellence - Initiative excellence - People excellence - Relationship excellence - Process excellence - Adaptive excellence You should also have the following qualifications and experience: - Any graduate, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in Commerce - 2-7 years of relevant work experience, particularly in the service industry and a multinational environment - Proficiency in MS-Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as enterprise applications - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Familiarity with AMC terms & conditions - Good numeracy skills with attention to detail This full-time position reports to the Branch Manager and is based on a morning shift schedule at the work location. Local knowledge and proficiency in English are mandatory, and the position is open to both male and female candidates aged between 27-35 years.
