Job Description

You will be responsible for tracking the warranty expiry and AMC renewal date of the UPS systems installed within your branch/region. You must share this data with the Head Office AMC team at least 60 days in advance for AMC proposal generation. Additionally, you are required to submit the AMC proposal 45 days in advance for the renewal of AMC or warranty-expired UPS systems. Your role includes negotiating with clients for rate contracts and other quotations, maintaining AMC enquiry records, and following up until the order is executed. Moreover, you will be responsible for converting proposals into confirmed orders, receiving purchase orders from customers, and providing necessary inputs to the Head Office AMC team for invoicing. One of your key responsibilities is to coordinate with the Head Office AMC team for agreements, SLA documents, and other necessary paperwork. You will also collaborate with the AMC functional channel Head and channel partners to identify clients who have purchased UPS systems and propose and convert them for AMC contracts. Timely communication with clients regarding AMC renewals, inquiries, and collections through phone and emails is crucial for this role. To ensure customer satisfaction, you must record all AMC sales information and maintain customer records. By visiting at least 5 clients per day, you will push for the signing and collection of AMC contracts. Building and maintaining positive client relationships through routine follow-ups is essential, as well as providing the highest level of customer support in every client interaction. In addition to these responsibilities, you are expected to demonstrate individual excellence in performance, customer engagement, productivity, initiative, people management, relationship building, process management, and adaptive skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with AMC terms and conditions, and a good level of numeracy and attention to detail are also required. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Commerce, along with 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience in the service industry, especially in a multinational environment. You should be highly skilled in using MS-Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as enterprise software. Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial for effective interaction with clients. This position reports to the Branch Manager and requires you to be based within the specified age range of 27 to 35 years. Proficiency in local language and English is mandatory, and the role is open to both male and female candidates. The target industries/sector for this job include any manufacturing sector, and it is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule and in-person work location.,
