Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata for positions in AMC Sales Executive, Site Supervisor (Real Estate), Service Technician (Mechanical & Electrical), and Real Estate Sales. Depending on the role, day-to-day tasks may include managing annual maintenance contracts, supervising real estate project sites, servicing mechanical and electrical systems, or driving real estate sales by engaging with potential clients. Collaboration, customer interaction, and focused execution are integral components of the respective roles.

Qualifications

• AMC Sales Executive: Strong communication, customer engagement, and sales skills tailored to overseeing annual maintenance contracts.
• Site Supervisor (Real Estate): Proficiency in project supervision, construction site management, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Service Technician (Mechanical & Electrical): Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, maintenance practices, and technical troubleshooting.
• Real Estate Sales: Expertise in client relations, persuasive communication, and real estate market knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time within specific role requirements.
• Proficiency in local laws and regulations relevant to the real estate or technical sector is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications related to the respective role are preferred.
• Previous experience in the related domain will be an added advantage.
