Job role


We are a rapidly growing D2C eCommerce brand seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Account Manager – Amazon PPC to lead and optimize our Amazon advertising initiatives across international markets. The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in Amazon PPC, strong people management skills, and a hands-on approach to end-to-end campaign execution.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and scale Amazon PPC campaigns across international marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.)
  • Lead a team of PPC executives and mentor them on campaign strategy and optimization
  • Strategize, implement, and optimize campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and A/B testing
  • Monitor performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR) and deliver regular performance reports
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams for campaign asset creation and alignment
  • Own the complete advertising lifecycle – from strategy and planning to execution and reporting
  • Ensure alignment with business goals, budget efficiency, and sales growth


Qualification


  • Minimum 5–8 years of Amazon PPC experience, with at least 2 years in people management
  • Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns in international markets
  • Strong hands-on experience with tools like: Amazon Advertising Console (AAC), Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Perpetua, Pacvue, or similar PPC automation tools
  • Deep understanding of: Match types (Broad, Phrase, Exact)
  • Campaign categories: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Experience in budget allocation, pacing, and bid strategy formulation
