Role Overview: As a Learning and Developing Lead at our client, a leading NBFC, you will play a crucial role in identifying skill gaps and training requirements across teams. You will collaborate with managers to align training initiatives with business goals, develop engaging training content, and facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually. Your responsibilities will also include measuring the effectiveness of learning programs, refining them based on feedback, and maintaining detailed records of training activities and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements. - Collaborate with managers to align training initiatives with business goals. - Develop engaging training content using modern learning techniques and tools. - Facilitate training sessions in-person and virtually. - Ensure timely execution of the training calendar and track participation. - Measure the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. - Continuously refine programs based on results and employee input. - Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and learning outcomes. - Prepare reports for leadership on training ROI and employee skill enhancements. - Collaborate with HR and business leaders to address evolving learning needs. - Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants as needed. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Human Resources. - 2-3 years of experience in Learning and Development. - Strong background in Behavioral training. - Proficiency in instructional design and facilitation. - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Analytical mindset to assess and report learning impact.
