As the Procurement Manager at Nua, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4-5 executives across various functions. Your key duties will include managing procurement for core products, coordinating with vendors on production and dispatch scheduling, overseeing supply chain operations, and establishing quality control norms for vendors. Additionally, you will be tasked with tracking raw material prices, cultivating strong relationships with vendors, leading the sourcing process for new products, and handling various vendor-related requirements. We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to lead a team effectively. A quick learner who can hit the ground running, you should also have experience in managing external stakeholders and sourcing processes. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or an MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
